Body Of Little Egg Harbor Man Pulled From Cape Cod Harbor

The body of a New Jersey man was pulled from the waters of Saquatucket Harbor off Harwich, Massachusetts on Sunday morning, according to a report on nj.com.

His death is not considered suspicious, the Cape and Islands District Attorneys Office said.

Benya's body was found around 11 a.m. The Massachusetts Chief Medical Examiners is investigating the death. No other information has been released.

Benya, a commercial scallop fisherman, had operated a 45-foot boat out of Barnegat Light, according to the report.
