Identified: Disoriented Man Found On Garden State Parkway Ramp In Barnegat
Police thanked the public for helping to identify the man.

"Thank you to everyone for your shares and help, the man we were looking to identify has been reunited with family," according to the department's Facebook page.

Barnegat police are asking for the public's help to identify a disoriented man who was found on the westbound exit ramp in Barnegat, according to the department's Facebook page.
"The man is in safe care at the moment, but he is disoriented and could only relate the words "Herkimer and First Street," the post states.

The man is approximately 60 years of age, 5'08" tall and was wearing a brown sweatshirt and black jacket. He may have had a medical episode or special needs.
