Little Egg Harbor Man Indicted For Trying To Tempt 12-Year-Old Girl With Game Boy For Sex
Ocean County Grand Jury also indicted Christopher Wilson, 20, for endangering the welfare of a child.

An Ocean County Grand Jury has indicted a Little Egg Harbor Township man for second-degree sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.
The April 18 indictment of Christopher Wilson, 20, stems from an investigation by the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office's Special Victim Unit Detective Stephanie Bayha and Little Egg Harbor Township Police Detective Joel Mahr. The investigation began in December of 2016, and alleged that Wilson offered the girl a gaming system in return for sex.
Wilson was arrested after Senior Assistant Prosecutor Christine Lento approved the charges. Ocean County Superior Court Judge Patricia B. Roe issued a Nicole's Order (no contact with the victim. Wilson remains in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River.
