New Liquor License Available in Stafford: Reports
Stafford Township has grown in population enough to be considered for an additional liquor license that will be bid off.

STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ - Stafford will soon be able to have a new location to get a drink. Having surpassed the population limit needed for a new liquor license, Stafford Township is opening the bidding for new license at $500,000, according to a report from the Sandpaper.net.
All bids for the license will be sealed until a day set by the city administrator to open, according to the Sandpaper.net.
All towns are afforded a liquor license for every 3,000 residents, and census reports show that Stafford Township is over 27,000, which allows it one additional license for nine in total. This doesn't include box and package liquor stores, only places that serve liquor.
