Incident involving Franco Sydnor one of many that went unpunished, defense attorney says

ATLANTIC CITY - A Pennsylvania man is suing the police department and an Atlantic City detective for what his lawyer says is excessive police force that left her client with major head injuries, according to a report in the Courier News.
Jennifer Bonjean, a civil rights lawyer, is representing Anthony Moore. Moore claims Detective Franco Sydnor struck him repeatedly in the head and torso with a baton and kneed him in the ribs as he was being thrown out of Bally’s Casino in October 2012. The incident was caught on surveillance video, the report states.
