Pork Roll Extravaganza Coming Up At Tuckerton Seaport In May
12 food trucks will offer a variety of different ways to eat the Jersey treasure.

TUCKERTON, NJ — One of New Jersey's most famous products will take center stage at the Tuckerton Seaport's Truckerton Food Truck and Brew Fest coming up on May 6.
The gastronomical delight known as Taylor ham or pork roll (you decide) will be heavily featured in the menus of the dozen food trucks expected to roll into the fourth annual event at the Seaport on May 6.
There's not too many places on this earth where you can buy a serving of sausage and pork roll fatties — a decidedly questionable combo of smoked breakfast sausage stuffed with pork roll and cheese. But you can get them here.

The food trucks will offer a lot more menu selections than the signature product. Also featured are more than a dozen craft brews and desserts.
And you'll have a chance to answer that question that has baffled many down through the ages: Is it Taylor Ham or Pork Roll?
