Stafford Police Charge 75-Year-Old Man With Harassing And Exposing Himself To Girl, 15

Stafford police recently arrested a 75-year-old Manahawkin man who they say harassed and exposed himself to a teenaged girl in the Stafford Preserve Complex, according to the police department's Facebook page.

Thelbert L. Bradbury was arrested and charged with harassment, lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child between June 2 and June 8, 2017. Police began the investigation on June 8. when they received a harassment complaint.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Bradbury had harassed the girl, made sexual comments and exposed himself to her.

Bradbury was taken into custody and transported to Stafford Police Headquarters for processing. Bradbury was interviewed by Detective Stephen Fessler and charged with the offenses. He was released on a complaint summons pending a future court appearance in Ocean County Superior Court, according to the Facebook post.
