Stafford Police Upgrading Phone System Today

STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ - The Stafford Township Police Department's 911 number will not be affected by an upgrade slated for the phone system late Monday afternoon, according to the police department's Facebook page.

The phone system upgrade should not affect any calls. But if you receive a busy signal when you call the non-emergency numbers at 609-597-8581 or 609-597-1189, and you need immediate police help, call 911. The 911 system will not be affected during the upgrade, the post states.

The department will announce when the upgrade is completed on its Facebook page.
