Basking Ridge Faith Communities Unite for Annual Thanksgiving Service
Interfaith Gathering to Benefit Local Food Pantries

BASKING RIDGE, NJ – Leaders from six faith communities will join together for the annual Community Thanksgiving Service on Monday, November 24 at 7:00 PM at Bishop Janes United Methodist Church, 22 South Finley Avenue, Basking Ridge.
This longstanding interfaith tradition brings together the Islamic Society of Basking Ridge, Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church, St. Mark's Episcopal Church, St. Bernard's & St. John on the Mountain Episcopal Churches, and Congregation B'nai Israel for an evening of shared gratitude and reflection. Deputy Mayor of Bernards Township will also participate in the service.
"This service represents the best of our community – people of different faith traditions coming together in unity and gratitude," said Pastor Dave Tillisch of Bishop Janes UMC. "It's a powerful reminder that what connects us is stronger than what divides us."
