Basking Ridge Firefighters, EMS Host Electronics Recycling, Shredding Fundraiser
Numerous electronics and paper shredding will be accepted at this fundraiser benefiting the Basking Ridge Fire Company No. 1 and EMS.
The Basking Ridge Fire Company No. 1 and EMS will be hosting an electronics recycling and secure shredding fundraising event later this week.
The event will take place on Saturday, April 25, from 8 a.m. to noon, at the Fire Station Parking Lot, located at 30 Washington Ave. in Basking Ridge. The fundraiser will benefit the volunteer Fire Company No. 1 and EMS.
Confidential paper documents and recyclables will be accepted. Additionally, electronics recycling will be accepted.

A partial list of the electronics which will be accepted include:
- TV’s of any size or type (Suggested donation $10 for TVs up to 32” / $20 larger)
- Personal computers, laptops, iPads/tablets, servers, monitors
- Printers of any kind, fax machines, scanners
- Keyboards, mice, battery backups, power cords, cables
- Cell phones, smart phones, iPods/MP3 players
- PDA, digital cameras, DVR/TIVOs
- VCRs, DVD players, receivers, amps, radios, boom boxes
- Electric motors, power tools and electric wiring
- Toys with electronic parts and more...
