• Barn Fire Ignites Drawing Firefighters From Across Somerset County (patch.com) — A barn fire in nearby Peapack drew a major mutual-aid response, including Basking Ridge Fire Co. No. 1 & EMS, who joined departments from across Somerset County to battle the blaze for several hours. No injuries or damage details have been released yet, but officials praised the coordinated work of the volunteer crews and encouraged residents to consider volunteering with their local departments.
