Ridge High School Aces The SAT

The state released a list of 300 schools ranked by average SAT score, and Ridge High placed in the top 10

BASKING RIDGE, NJ—Ridge High School ranked 7th out of more than 300 New Jersey schools based on average SAT scores, according to the latest Department of Education data.

Ridge students averaged a 646 in the reading and writing portion and 667 in math during the 2018-2019 school year, the most recent available. The combined scores resulted in 1313 out of a possible 1600. The data was compiled as part of the annual New Jersey School Report.

The scores represent a seven point improvement in reading and writing, and four point bump in math scores from the previous year for Ridge students.
