2 Berkeley Homes Damaged In Accidental Fire: Police
Berkeley police responded to a fire Sunday night that started in between two homes on Mill Creek Road.
BERKELEY, NJ — Two Berkeley homes were damaged on Sunday night in a structure fire, police said.
Berkeley police responded to a fire that started in between two homes on Mill Creek Road at 9 p.m.
The Bayville Fire Department, Pinewald Pioneer Fire Department, Berkeley EMS and the Bayville First Aid Squad all responded to assist.

The blaze was quickly extinguished, but damaged both residences, police said. No injuries were reported.
One home was unable to be occupied after the fire due to damage, according to police.

Berkeley Detectives responded along with Township fire officials, the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department Fire Marshal's Office and construction officials.
Preliminary investigation deemed the fire as accidental, police said.
