Zumba: Mondays at 6 p.m., Saturdays at 9 a.m.

Zumba is designed to be easy for people to follow. It's a program for everyone - people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Zumba is a form of aerobic dance exercise similar to jazzercise. Its distinctive characteristic is its use of Latin American music and dance rhythms to create a party-like atmosphere in class sessions.

Vinyasa yoga-all levels: Wednesdays at 5 p.m.

Slow flow Vinyasa with guided meditation. Benefits of yoga include stress relief, better breathing, flexibility, increased strength, weight management, improved circulation, cardiovascular conditioning and inner peace.

Gentle stretch yoga: Thursdays at 9 a.m.

This class introduces alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Benefits of yoga include stress relief, better breathing, flexibility, increased strength, weight management, improved circulation, cardiovascular conditioning, and inner peace.

AMPD Resistance: Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

Resistance is a 60-minute class that takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements to create a fun, effective total body workout! Resistance bands are lightweight and can be modified based on abilities or preferences which makes it safe for all fitness levels. Participants should bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Resistance bands will be provided in class.

POUND: Fridays at 5 p.m.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out! The workout is easily modifiable, and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.
Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Your instructor, Lisa Pepper, will provide the Ripstix.
