Berkeley Zoners To Hear Plans For Proposed 7-11 On May 9

The project was already granted a use variance back in December, township administrator says.

BAYVILLE, NJ - Members of the Berkeley Township Zoning Board will hear plans about a proposed 7-11 store on Forest Hills Parkway across from Central Regional High School next week.

The developer was granted a use variance for the project back in December. Next week's hearing will focus on the preliminary and final site plan approvals, Township Administrator John Camera said.

A single-family home at 544 Forest Hills Parkway - the apparent site of the proposed new business - was demolished recently.
