Accident happened on Ocean Gate Drive on Sunday afternoon, police chief says.

A bicyclist who apparently crossed in front of a 2014 Toyota Camry was struck by the car on Ocean Gate Drive recently, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.
Berkeley police responded to the area of Ocean Gate Drive and Henry Street at 1:15 p.m. on June 25 on a report of a bicyclist struck. The preliminary investigation indicated that the bicycle operator crossed in front of the car when the impact occurred, the chief said.
