Couple Caught Having Sex Outside Of Seaside Heights Church: Cops
The drunken homeless couple was spotted having sex in the church's garden, a Seaside Heights detective said.

SEASIDE HEIGHTS, NJ - Most people go to church to pray and reflect. But a homeless couple recently arrested by police were not there to worship. They had sex outside of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in the daytime, according to police.
A parish staff member called Seaside Heights officers to report that the couple were having sex in the garden area of the church property on Grant Avenue at 12:30 p.m. on May 22, Detective Steven Korman said.
When officers arrived, they found an intoxicated homeless couple engaged in sexual relations. Officers Louis Vadino and Linsey Merola arrested Anthony Getchius, 43, and Noelle Smart, 48.

The couple were taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River. Getchius was charged with engaged in a lewd act, obstruction, disorderly conduct, disrobing in public, public nuisance, and having an alcoholic beverage in public, Korman said.
