Mayor is hopeful any rain will hold off until Thursday, a fireworks display will follow the music.

BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - If the rain holds off, the first "Sounds of Summer" concert will kick off at 6 p.m. at Veterans Park in Bayville tonight.

The local band Jukebox Legends will take to the stage first and sing the songs of the 50s, 60s and 70s. They will be followed by the Chicago Tribute Band Beginnings. A fireworks display will cap off the evening.

Non profit groups and organizations will also be on hand to provide refreshments. The groups use the concerts as their fundraisers during the summer.
