Lemonade Fundraiser In Bayville To Benefit Girl Battling Leukemia
A lemonade stand in Bayville will be raising funds to benefit a 6-year-old girl battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
BERKELEY, NJ — A lemonade stand in Bayville on Saturday will serve as a fundraiser for a 6-year-old girl battling leukemia.
“The diagnosis was sudden and heart breaking,” her family said on a GoFundMe page. “With her family by her side and her tough, loving spirit she has begun to fight her battle of various medical procedures and chemotherapy that will continue for the next two to three years.”
According to the GoFundMe, Rylee was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia on July 29 and is undergoing treatments at Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Two fundraisers in Bayville and Ocean Gate have been organized to support Rylee and her family.
A lemonade stand will be organized at 286 Maryland Ave. in Bayville on Saturday from noon to 3 p.m.

Another fundraiser will be hosted in Ocean Gate by the Spiritual Journey Yoga Center on Thursday at 6 p.m.
"Join us at the beach on Stone Harbor Avenue, Ocean Gate NJ," the fundraiser page said. "This hour long session is donation based and 100 percent of the proceeds will go to Rylee's Battle. You do not have to participate in yoga to donate!"
