Ocean County Prosecutor's Office Charges Beachwood Man With Possession Of Child Porn
Gerald J. Moors, 20, Beachwood Boulevard, downloaded images of pre-teen children, authorities say.

The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office has arrested a Beachwood man and charged him with third degree possession of child pornography, a spokesman said.
Gerald J. Moor, 20, Beachwood Boulevard was arrested on June 28, said spokesman Al Della Fave.
His arrest resulted from a referral the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through the Internet Crimes Against Children that showed someone in the Ocean County area had downloaded images of prepubescent children engaged in sexual acts.

The Prosecutor's Office's High Tech Crime Unit executed a search warrant at 134 Beachwood Boulevard, Della Fave said.
As a result of the evidence located, Assistant Prosecutor Kristin Pressman approved a charge of one count of 3nd degree possession of child pornography. Moors was taken into custody and lodged in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, pending a first appearance hearing, he said.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Beachwood Police Department teamed up in this latest proactive operation to stop child exploitation, Della Fave said.
