Part Of Barnegat 67 Could Be Open By End Of The Year
The project is a mix of commercial and residential

BARNEGAT TOWNSHIP, NJ - Parts of Barnegat 67, once known as Barnegat Crossings, could be open by the end of 2019.
The 15-acre Lighthouse Drive site will eventually feature a mix of retail and residential. The original developer was Cardinale Enterprises. The property was sold to Extell Development of Lakewood two years ago, according to a report in The Sandpaper.
Barnegat 67 will have more than 100,000 square feet of retail space and 151 age-restricted apartments over stories over the first floor commercial units, said Moshe Botnick, an Extell assistant vice president.
The business tenants will eventually number 20 and will include Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, Next Generation, Dunkin Donuts, Atlanticare, BSR Physical Therapy and Pan Asia, Botnick said.
