Police Investigating Recent Burglary In Holiday City Home
Jewelry was stolen during the March 23 burglary, police chief said

BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Police are investigating a recent break-in at a home on Buena Visa Drive in the Holiday City section of the township where someone forced the back door open and stole some jewelry, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.
Berkeley police responded to the house on March 23. They conducted a search of the area and were able to recover some evidence for the investigation, the chief said.
The door was forced open when the homeowner was not present, DiMichele said.

"This investigation remains active and we are asking all residents to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity to our agency," the chief said.
