BERKELEY, NJ — A new barbecue restaurant will open its doors on Friday in Bayville.
Smokies Craft BBQ will serve traditional barbecue dishes, like brisket, ribs and chicken, plus sandwiches, burgers and salads.

Speaking to the Asbury Park Press, owner Dave Kaminski said all of the food cooked at Smokies Craft BBQ is “100 percent homemade.”

The restaurant is located at 333 Atlantic City Blvd. in Bayville in the Baywick Plaza.
According to their website, the restaurant will be open Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.

The restaurant has plans to collaborate with the distillery and make a sweet rum barbecue sauce.
