Stafford Police Charge Three With Heroin Possession
The arrests took place at the Spirits Liquor Store on Route 72, police say

MANAHAWKIN, NJ - Stafford police recently arrested three southern Ocean County residents on heroin charges after a motor vehicle stop, Lt. James R. Vaughn said.
Members of the department's drug enforcement unit and Patrolman Russell Dunfee conducted the stop at 6:40 p.m. on March 9 at the Spirits Liquor store at 495 Route 72.
They arrested the driver, Robert Cook, 42, Manahawkin, Kim Sieber, 42, Manahawkin and John Silva, 54 Surf City on possession of heroin and other drug-related charges, Vaughn said

Cook was charged with distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled substance in a motor vehicle.
Both Sieber and Silva were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a hypodermic needle, Vaughn said.

All three were taken to the police department for processing, then later released pending future Ocean County Superior Court appearances, he said.
