Accidental Shooting Injures Man At Brick Costco: Police Chief

BRICK, NJ — A man was injured Sunday when the firearm he was carrying fired accidentally, Brick police said.

Police Chief David Forrester did not identify the man but said his injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

The incident happened at Costco on Route 70 shortly before 1 p.m. Forrester said the man was licensed to carry the weapon.
