Crumbl Cookies Grand Opening Set In Brick
The cookie company will have extended hours for its ribbon-cutting and grand opening celebration.

BRICK, NJ — A ribbon-cutting ceremony is set for Friday at Crumbl Cookies, which is opening its store in Brick Plaza.
The company that specializes in freshly baked cookies and will deliver them to your doorstep will have its celebration from 8 a.m. until midnight Friday, the company announced.
The company had initially announced Feb. 10 as the opening date; the announcement of Friday's opening included a note that said, "We are sorry about the date confusion."

Crumbl Cookies caught attention in November when residents saw the windows of the store covered with privacy paper with the company's logo.
Brick Township Mayor John Ducey said township officials will be on hand for the opening of the store, which he noted is next door to Weight Watchers, eliciting laughter from the audience at the Township Council meeting on Tuesday night.

Crumbl Cookies, which was founded in Utah in 2017 and has more than 600 locations nationwide, has seen its popularity explode thanks in part to its presence on TikTok, where the company has 6.1 million followers. They unveil new flavors there and produce fun videos to entertain their followers.
The signature cookie is a milk chocolate chip, but they have more than 170 other varieties that rotate weekly, reflecting the season.
The announcement said take-out, curbside and delivery are scheduled to start Feb. 22.
