Gas Leak Closes Part Of Cedar Bridge Road In Brick

BRICK, NJ — A gas leak has prompted a partial closure of Cedar Bridge Avenue in Brick on Wednesday, Brick Township police said.

Cedar Bridge Avenue is down to one lane in each direction in the area of Aurora Place, police said in an alert.

Drivers are being urged to avoid the area for at least the next five hours, police said.

The cause of the leak was not immediately known.
