Help Brick Honor Local Heroes Of All Ages

The township is seeking nominations of everyday people who are doing good things to help others in Brick for its annual Brick Hero Awards.

BRICK, NJ — Do you know someone who regularly goes above and beyond to make Brick Township better? Are you aware of a local business that gives back to the community?

If you do, Brick Township officials want you to nominate them for a Brick Hero Award.

The Brick Hero Awards were created in 2015 to honor residents and businesses who make a difference every day, in ways small and large.

The heroes are recognized at the annual Brick Hero Awards Ceremony. This year’s ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, March 8, at Brick Township High School.

The event is hosted by the Mayor’s Student Advisory Committee and will include performances by local school choirs, theatre groups, dance teams, and more. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door.

If you know a Brick resident or business that exhibits a remarkable effort to make the community a better place, nominate them for a Brick Hero Award. Nominations can be submitted online.

The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, Feb. 16.
