Indictment Follows Brick Drug Arrest for Ocean Gate Pair

Two Ocean Gate residents have been indicted on drug charges after being arrested Oct. 25 in Brick.

Mark A. Gallagher, 27, and Sabrina L. Maier, 26, were indicted by an Ocean County grand jury last week on possession and possession with intent to distribute charges.

The pair allegedly possessed heroin in a large enough quantity to earn the intent to distribute charge, the indictment states. 

Both were released on summonses.

Grand juries also indicted:

• Daniel A. McShane, 19, of Point Borough on a drug charge.

McShane was arrested Feb. 28 in Brick and accused of possessing oxycodone. He was released on a summons.
