BRICK, NJ — A team of sub builders from the Jersey Mike's store on Mantoloking Road is headed to Florida for the company's national sub-building champions.

The team of Matt, Leanne and Logan submitted a video of them making a giant No. 13 — Jersey Mike's original Italian sub, with ham, provolone, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni — and making it "Mike's Way," which includes lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and Italian herbs.

The contest is for who can build it the fastest while building it correctly, including slicing and wrapping it up.
