Kelsey Grammer Set To Pour Brews, Greet Fans At Brick Pub
Grammer will appear at Mantoloking Road Alehouse to promote his Faith American brews and celebrate the bar's outdoor seating reopening.

BRICK, NJ — As Frasier in "Cheers," Kelsey Grammer sat at the bar trading wisecracks with the other characters on the show.
On Sept. 10, Grammer will be behind the bar at Mantoloking Road Alehouse, pouring his Faith American brews and meeting the public as the family-owned bar and restaurant celebrates the grand reopening of its outdoor dining area.
Grammer, who played Dr. Frasier Crane for two decades in "Cheers" and later in the spinoff "Frasier," launched his Faith American Brewing Company in 2015 in the Catskills. The company produces three brews, and distributes them throughout New Jersey along with some New York counties.

He also makes the rounds of various brewery promotional shows, which is how he connected with Mark Zarrilli, one of the three brothers who own Mantoloking Road Alehouse.
"They got talking because Kelsey was promoting his beer," Anthony Zarrilli said. "After discussing for a while, my brother informed him we have a bar in Brick and would like to try out his beer there."

That led to Grammer coming to Mantoloking Road Alehouse to meet with all three brothers to discuss "doing an event," Zarrilli said.
"He liked our place, our family-owned business and wanted to help out promoting his beer at a local family establishment that was hurt by the pandemic," Zarrilli said. "It was a win-win for all of us."
Mantoloking Road Alehouse also was the host of the beer garden during SummerFest at Windward Beach, and Zarrilli said they offered the Faith American brews.
"Not to our surprise the beers we supplied of Kelsey’s were a huge hit," Zarrilli said.
Grammer notified the brothers he wanted to come Sept. 10, and Zarrilli said Grammer is scheduled to be present from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the bar, at 247 Mantoloking Road in Brick.
His appearance coincides with the grand reopening of the bar's outdoor seating area, which has been upgraded. Outdoor seating became a lifeline for a number of restaurants during the early part of the coronavirus pandemic, when indoor capacities were limited.
Grammer has made several appearances as a celebrity bartender in Atlantic City and is said to be generous with his time with fans in those appearances, according to a report by WPG Talk Radio.
