Man Sentenced In Brick Township Cocaine Distribution Case
Brandon A. Torsiello was sentenced a year after his arrest following a drug transaction.

BRICK, NJ — A Monmouth County man has been sentenced to five years in prison in connection with a cocaine distribution arrest in Brick in 2024.
Brandon A. Torsiello, 25, of Hazlet Township, was sentenced on Friday by Superior Court Judge Guy P. Ryan for his guilty plea to possession of more than one-half ounce but less than 5 ounces of cocaine with intent to distribute, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.
Torsiello had been arrested Dec. 5, 2024, by the Brick Township Police Street Crimes Unit after detectives witnessed a drug transaction in a parking lot, prosecutors have said. When police pulled him over, an Ocean County Sheriff's K-9 alerted to narcotics while conducting an open-air sniff at the scene, prosecutors said.
