• Snow Leads To Delayed Opening For Brick Schools (patch.com) — Families in Brick can plan for a slower Monday morning after the school district announced a two-hour delayed opening due to seven inches of weekend snow and lingering icy roads. Officials say the hazardous conditions prompted the schedule change and the cancellation of the morning BEST program, giving students and staff extra time to travel safely.

• N.J. shopping center on 6 acres just sold for $7.25M (nj.com subscription) — A major Brick Township shopping center, Yorktowne Plaza on nearly six acres, has been sold for $7.25 million, keeping 23 retail suites like Domino’s and Community Medical Center in place. The longtime plaza, built in 1965, was bought by Frank DeLuca and his father from Ocean County Equities, signaling continued investment in one of Brick’s key commercial hubs.
