Minor Injuries Reported In Chambers Bridge Road Crash, Brick Police Say

BRICK, NJ — A crash that jammed up traffic on Chambers Bridge Road on Sunday evening resulted in only minor injuries, Brick Township police said Monday.

The crash happened shortly before 6 p.m. at Ovation Way, police said. They did not provide details on how many vehicles were involved or how many people were injured.

"There was NO ejection from the vehicle," police said in response to an inquiry about reports that a child was partially thrown from a vehicle.

Brick Traffic Safety Officer David Thergesen is investigating the crash.
