Power was restored to a neighborhood in Brick Township's Herbertsville section by 4 p.m. Wednesday after two utility poles collapsed on Eagle View Ridge between Point View Road and Paramount Way.
No one was injured in the incident. JCP&L said only five customers remained out of power. It was not clear why the utility pole collapsed.
At 4 p.m. utility workers could be seen delivering a new pole to this site.
