2 New Korean Fried Chicken Joints Opening In Somerset County

BOUND BROOK, NJ — Two new Korean fried chicken joints are opening in Somerset County.

Seoul Fried Chicken(SFC) of Edison is expanding to open new locations at 600 W Union Ave.(Route 28) in Bound Brook and 2017 Route 27 in Somerset. Opening dates have not been announced yet.

"Seoul Fried Chicken is a Korean fast-casual restaurant, melding of founders’ fondest childhood memories in the kitchen – especially recipes from their mother combined with Hansong, the chef’s passion and dedication for delivering quality food within a warm setting," according to sfc-co.com.

The restaurant's fresh chicken is never frozen, non-GMO, and all-natural. They use certificated Halal chicken.

"We take pride in our homemade sauce and we cook them from scratch every day," according to SFC.
