Lifelong New Jerseyan Marks a Century Plus One of Joy, Conversation, and Cherished Memories

Brandywine Living at Middlebrook Crossing by Monarch is proud to celebrate the remarkable 101st birthday of resident Muriel Sziber, born November 11, 1924, in Colonia, New Jersey.

Muriel, a proud New Jersey native, spent her life in the Garden State, where she and her beloved husband Frank raised their son, Raymond. A hardworking and dedicated woman, Muriel managed a local laundromat for many years, earning the respect and friendship of those in her community.

For the past three years, Muriel has called Brandywine Living at Middlebrook Crossing by Monarch her home, where she is affectionately known by staff and fellow residents as a “big chatterbox full of life.” Always ready with a story or a smile, she brings warmth and laughter to everyone around her.

Muriel enjoys listening to music, watching classic old movies, and especially looks forward to pet therapy visits, which bring her tremendous joy.
