Bridgewater Mayor Announces Spring Senior Health Fair

The Bridgewater Township Department of Human Services is hosting a senior health fair and vendor exhibit at the Bridgewater Senior Center later this month.

The event will take plae at the Bridgewater Senior Citizens Center, located at 455 Somerville Road, on April 23 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will provide free health screenings and evaluations by certified health practitioners, according to Bridgewater Township officials.

Participants will include Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital–Somerset, Doctors Express Urgent Care, Raritan Valley Audiology, Natural Medicine and Rehabilitation, Family Foot and Ankle Specialists, The Center for Pain Management, Carrier Clinic, Home Instead Senior Care and the Zufall Health Center, Bridgewater Township said.

The health fair will also feature a “usuable eyeglass collection”, sponsored by the Bridgewater Lions Club “Recycle for Sight” campaign.
