JAG Physical Therapy Welcomes Soho-Based Physiofitness to its Expanding Manhattan Network

Partnership Expands JAG Physical Therapy's Personalized, High Quality Care for New Yorkers

Bridgewater, N.J. (December 8, 2025)JAG Physical Therapy, one of the fastest growing physical and occupational therapy providers in the Northeast, announced today that Physiofitness Physical Therapy has joined its growing team. Located in the Soho neighborhood of Manhattan, this location will now operate as part of JAG Physical Therapy’s network.

Established in 1986, Physiofitness has built a strong reputation for its patient-first philosophy, emphasizing personalized treatment that addresses the whole person, not just the injury. It began as a small practice dedicated to offering personalized care, later evolving into a team of licensed physical therapists and specialists devoted to helping New Yorkers heal and live pain free. With this mission alignment with JAG Physical Therapy, the two providers are excited to combine over four decades of joint expertise to provide professional and compassionate care to the residents of Manhattan.

Christopher W. Delehanty, PT, who has owned and operated Physiofitness since 1996, will continue as the site’s Clinical Director. He has more than 30 years of experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with further certifications in advanced manual therapy. With his experience and strong relationships with the clinic’s patients and community, Delehanty and his team will continue providing the same personalized care for patients.

“Partnering with JAG Physical Therapy marks an exciting new chapter for both our team and patients,” said Delehanty. “Our mission is simple: to help people move better, heal and reignite the physical self, not just find a temporary solution to daily pain. By combining Physiofitness’ high-quality, individualized care and the vast experience with JAG Physical Therapy’s extensive network and resources, we look forward to elevating the level of care for every patient we serve.”

“The JAG Physical Therapy team is thrilled to welcome Physiofitness and Chris’ people-first standard of care to our network,” said John Gallucci Jr., President & CEO of JAG Physical Therapy. “We believe the pillars of care that Physiofitness was founded upon align greatly with our vision at JAG Physical Therapy, and we look forward to combining forces to treat every patient with compassionate, tailored care to get back the life they love, pain free.”

The addition of Physiofitness expands JAG Physical Therapy’s footprint in Manhattan, advancing the company’s vision to provide more New Yorkers with access to quality, personalized care. For more information, visit https://www.jagpt.com/.
