Man Wanted For Aggravated Assault On Cop In Somerset County: Prosecutor

BOUND BROOK, NJ — A man wanted on aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer charges in Bound Brook was named the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office(SCPO) Fugitive of the Month for October.

Eric Troyer is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office for failure to appear (FTA) for a third-degree aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, fourth-degree violation of final restraining order (FRO), and simple assault, a disorderly persons offense, all of which occurred in July in Bound Brook.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

The SCPO released the following information on Troyer:

• Weight: 140
• Hair: Black
• Eyes: Brown
• Tattoos: N/A
• Last known address: Bound Brook
