The week of September 10-16, 2023, marks Direct Support Professional (DSP) week. On behalf of the entire Midland organization, I am taking this opportunity to acknowledge and recognize the work you do as a DSP. The work of a DSP is of critical importance. Your work greatly improves and enhances the life of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your actions and deeds promote independence, self-direction and enrich the lives of individuals we serve and support.
