​Driver Loses Control, Overturns Vehicle On I-78 In Bridgewater: Cops

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A driver was taken to a hospital after their car overturned on Interstate 78 has on Wednesday morning.

New Jersey State Troopers responded to a motor vehicle crash on Wednesday at 7:37 a.m. on I-78 West, milepost 32, in Bridgewater Township.

Based on a preliminary investigation, the driver of a Nissan Altima lost control of the vehicle, veered off the road to the right, overturned, and collided with the guardrail, said Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron.

The driver and passenger sustained minor injuries and were taken to a local hospital.

The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information is available at this time.
