Chatham High Ranks No. 1 Again
New Jersey Monthly magazine rates Chatham High School number 1 among NJ schools.

Chatham High School was rated the top public high school in New Jersey by New Jersey Monthly magazine, according to a TAPintoChatham article. The school had been rated number 1 two years ago, in 2014, and it once again won top honors.
"It was a little bit of a surprise," Chatham High Principal Darren Groh told TAPintoChatham. "As I said before, we don't work at being No. 1, we work on what we're doing for the students and what we do as a school as a whole. That's really been our focus."
The magazine used statistics from the Department of Education, according to the article in TAPintoChatham, in order to come up with its list of best schools. Other schools in the Morris County area that ranked high include Kinnelon, #3, Randolph, #16, and Mountain Lakes, #17.
