This Chatham Restaurant Is One Of New Jersey's Best In 2022: Yelp

CHATHAM, NJ — New Jersey is brimming with delicious restaurants of all kinds, but according to the reviews, this Chatham establishment was one of the best in the state this year.

For the first time, Yelp has compiled a list of the Top 100 Places to Eat in New Jersey in 2022. Yelp curated a list of the community's favorite restaurants based on a number of factors, including the total volume and rating of reviews this year.

These restaurants serve everything from healthy food to diners, as well as breakfast and dessert, and one Chatham spot has made the cut.

Namkeen Hot Chicken, located at 233 Main Street in Chatham, was named one of the top 100 restaurants in New Jersey. Namkeen is best known for its classic Nashville Sandwich and fresh take on the classic Chicken & Waffles.

However, the establishment serves a variety of chicken sandwiches and wings.

Namkeen has an overall four-and-a-half-star rating on Yelp, with many reviewers citing their strong flavor choices and good portion sizes.

According to the company, Namkeen is looking to blend together their passion for food and a taste for Pakistani flavors. "We felt the need for a high-quality halal hot chicken spot in the tri-state area and we are here to bring some heat to the game. Our passion is creating the ultimate cult street food sensation for those who love it, and to introduce a completely different side of hot chicken for those that are new to it," the company wrote on their website.

Several other nearby places made Yelp's list as well.
