Cougars LAX Wins Sectional Title, Set To Play For Group Championship
Chatham will face-off against Manasquan Wednesday night for the Group 2 trophy.
CHATHAM, N.J. – If the last two games of the North, Group 2 tournament are any indication, the Chatham Cougars boys lacrosse team is in for some excitement Wednesday night.
The No. 10 ranked Cougars are coming off a thrilling, 6-5 double-overtime victory against Ramapo for the North, Group 2 title, punching its ticket to the Group 2 championship game Wednesday night.
The Cougars will have a short trip to Livingston to play under the lights at 7:30 p.m. against Manasquan.

Chatham beat the previously undefeated Sparta Spartans in the sectional final 12-10, and steamrolled Jefferson and Morris Hills by a combined score of 30-6 in those two games.
