Crash Brings Down Wires On Main Street In Chatham Borough
The crash brought down wires across the road, Chatham Borough police said.

CHATHAM, NJ — A section of Main Street is closed in Chatham Borough on Friday morning following a crash that brought down wires across the road, police said.
Main Street is currently closed between Fairmount Avenue and Lafayette Avenue, according to police.

Drivers are being asked to avoid the area.
According to police, power is expected to be restored within an hour, and westbound Main Street traffic will reopen as well.

"Eastbound will be closed until the pole is replaced," police said.
Information on the crash was not immediately available Friday morning.
