Get A 'Taste Of Chatham' While Supporting Local Restaurants Next Week
Tickets are still available for the annual charity event "A Taste of Chatham."
CHATHAM, NJ — Get ready to sample food from more than 30 restaurants in the Chatham area as the "Taste of Chatham" charity benefit returns to town next week.
The Chatham Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes all locals to grab their passports and go on a culinary adventure around the world. The food festival will take place on Oct. 16 at the Madison Hotel from 6 to 9 p.m., with a special VIP hour from 5 to 6 p.m.
The charity food festival serves as the Chatham Area Chamber of Commerce's first event since its revival this year.

According to officials, this event helps celebrate and support the Chatham community by showcasing local restaurants and providing assistance to those in need. A part of the revenues made from the festival will be contributed to the Chatham Food Distribution at the Chatham United Methodist Church.
"Sip and savor and explore global tastes from over 40 local food & beverage purveyors, all right here in Chatham! This extraordinary event promises an evening filled with delicious bites, live music, photo opportunities, and a chance to win fantastic prizes in our silent auction," event organizers said.

Tickets for the all-you-can-eat charity event can be purchased online by visiting the Chatham Area Chamber of Commerce website. General admission tickets are $75, and authorities say there are just a few left.
The event will be emceed by Chatham's own Anthony Pascarella, and visitors will receive a unique gift bag as well as a free raffle entry to win a $150 gift card to Serenade and a bottle of wine.
