Morris County Chamber Launches Earn More Program for Local Business Owners
The program, which is designed to help small business owners invest in themselves, is comprised of 13 sessions beginning on Sept. 29.

The Morris County Chamber of Commerce and C3 Workplace, a business support services provider and trainer, is launching a new program to help small business owners and entrepreneurs get on the road to success, beginning Sept. 29 in Florham Park.
The Earn More Program is a comprehensive series of workshops designed to enable small business owners and entrepreneurs to better invest in themselves, according to Donna Miller, C3 founder and president.
According to a program description, the Earn More Program is designed for sole proprietors and small business owners and will provide the technical tools and support required to help business owners “move past the head trash and behaviors that have you stuck in patterns that keep you from achieving your goals.” Participants will become “people who will earn more.”
The program comprises 13 sessions:
· Session 1 – The Financial Plan: Creating a personal budget and projected profits and losses.
· Session 2 – The Marketing Plan: Developing a specific mix of marketing activities to drive leads and revenue.
· Session 3 – The Behavior Plan: Determining how personal behavior will dictate the marketing plan and drive revenue.
· Sessions 4-13 – Accountability Mastermind: Two monthly meetings, one in person and one virtual.
Topics also will include an elevator pitch exercise, pricing and proposal strategies and collaborative marketing.
