Alleged Shoplifting, Fraud Have Cherry Hill Police Seeking 3 Women

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying three women from two separate incidents last month.

Two women allegedly made off with merchandise, and another allegedly committed check fraud in two separate incidents at Walmart on Route 38 in March, and Cherry Hill Police are asking for the public’s help in trying to identify them.

The lone woman came into the store March 26 and racked up more than $350 worth of merchandise, all purchased with phony checks, police said.

In surveillance videos and photos, she was shown wearing a gray pea coat and high-heeled boots, with her hair partially dyed red.

A week and a half before, two women together stole at least $50 in merchandise from the store, police said.

In photos from the March 17 incident, the two were spotted on cameras in several areas of the store. One woman was wearing green pants and a white shirt under a red jacket; the other wore dark pants and a gray hooded sweatshirt with a white or tan jacket on top.
