Memorial Service Set for Former Cherry Hill Firefighter
A service in remembrance of Anthony "Tony" Sambucini will be held at Lenape High School.

A memorial service for a retired Cherry Hill firefighter who died last week has been set for early October, fire officials said.
The service for Anthony “Tony” Sambucini will be held at Lenape High School’s auditorium, at 225 Hartford Road in Medford, on Sunday, Oct. 6, starting at 11 a.m.
A firefighter in Cherry Hill for 25 years, Sambucini, 53, died Sept. 10 at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly.

He’s survived by his wife, Kathleen Kirvan; mother-in-law Mary Ann Kirvan (aka Nanny); Allen, Kyle Maria and Christopher (Cubby) Cramer; and Chris, Sue and Benjamin Kirvan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053 or the Cherry Hill Fire Department Rehab Unit, DeerPark Fire Co., 985 Cropwell Road, Cherry Hill.
